Shipping & Payment

How long will it take to receive my order?
All prints are made to order, sealed and packaged by hand, with ~*care*~. All orders will be shipped 3-5 business days after payment has been made to ensure your order is correct and packaged safely. (Business days are Monday-Friday).

3-5 days? Why?
It’s just me fulfilling orders, so while it may be possible to ship orders faster than this on some days, 3-5 business days is the most realistic at the moment.

What truck/minivan should I look out for?
All items are shipped via USPS First Class mail, which usually takes 2-5 days to arrive after being shipped.

If you’re in the Spartanburg area and would like to arrange a local pickup, DM me before placing an order and I’ll give you a code for “free shipping”. But please note, based on scheduling, it may be faster to just have it shipped to you.

My mail person hates me and my package arrived damaged, now what?
Sorry to hear that. I do everything to ensure each order is protected as best as possible before shipping. Unfortunately, once the artwork is given to USPS it’s out of my control. Contact your local USPS delivery office to seek reimbursement for your damaged goods. If you have any problems with USPS, whether it be needing a cosigner on the damage or value destroyed, reach out. I’ll help as much as I can.

Do you offer tracking?
Tracking is only available for orders with art prints and apparel at the moment. Tracking numbers will be automatically sent to your provided email as soon as your order is shipped.

Any way to save when shopping?
There are a couple of ways to save when supporting me as an artist.

  1. Get free shipping on orders over $75 with the code “BALLERALERT

  2. Send/tag me in a pic of you throwing away guacamole for a free sticker with any order.

  3. Buying multiple items*: You’ll only be charged once for shipping multiple items as long as they’re a part of the same purchase. Please note, this does not apply for orders with more than 10 prints.*

 * I can’t ship a bunch of prints safely in one single envelope, sooo yeah. There’s a limit here.

Custom Orders

I’m a glossy paper only kinda person, can I request you change the paper you’re printing on?

First off, what?!

Secondly, nah. I’ve tested all prints in my store using different paper types and have listed what I think will be best to showcase each particular piece of artwork. Trust me on this one. But if you have any paper suggestions you think would be great, feel free to let me know! I’m open to trying out and possible updating my overall materials, but no bespoke paper orders at this time.

Do you have any gift wrap options?
I do not have any special gift wrap options, per se, but if you’d like to have a note included, leave that in the instructions section and I’ll make it happen.

Refunds/Cancellations

With everything being made to order, once an item is marked as shipped, the order is non-refundable. If you’d like to cancel an order before it ships, PLEASE reach out as soon as possible! As soon as it ships, it’s a lot harder to process.
